Upon reaching the Cochin International Airport, our representative welcomes you and takes you to the hotel. You can then complete your check-in formalities proceed to the room and take some rest. Then, you may begin your sightseeing tour by visiting the ancient creation with historical facts called Mattancherry Palace. One can also go for a round of the Jewish synagogue. Then you can walk around and shop at local markets, collect some souvenirs to take home. Finally, return to your hotel to have a good and comfortable sleep.
Enjoy a time at Munnar for leisure. Upon your arrival in Munnar, you will reach the hotel and check-in. You will then go to your room and take a rest while as you have the entire day at Munnar for leisure activities. Return to your hotel after a wonderful day and sleep well. You can visit the tea plantations in the hills of Munnar.
After a lovely breakfast in the morning, if you wish to, you may stay in your room or come out with your partner to stroll around Munnar a little more and interest yourselves with fabulous facts about the place. You may end the day by returning back to your room and getting a sound sleep.
The busy morning will start with a delicious and filling breakfast to take you to visit one of the important sites of Munnar: Eravikulam National Park where the dense green hills in the park carry you out to witness Nilgiri tahr, an endangered mountain goat species. You are travelling in a park bus while witnessing such wonderful beauty around you. And then, of course, there is the Tata Tea Museum where you receive a fresh cup as a taster and learn about the differences in the process among teas.
Other places like the Rose Garden, Photo Point, Mattupetty Dam, Elephant Arrival Point, and Echo Point will also come your way after an interesting visit to the tea museum. You'll take a visit to the Indo-Swiss Project also. After completing all activities for the day you'll head back to the hotel and rest out the night.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast and check out of the hotel because you will be transferred to Thekkady in a private cab. Some interesting views of nature would be experienced on the way back from Munnar to Thekkady. After the ride, you will check into the hotel in Thekkady.
You may even retire to your room and take some time out to rejuvenate before indulging in the thrilling jeep safari at Periyar National Park. Here, you can see a picturesque view of wildlife and nature. Subsequently, you will also visit Periyar Lake, which lies in the mid-forests of Thekkady. Needless to say, you would wish to enjoy boating in such a scenic spot.
Your day will conclude by getting you transferred to your hotel and a comfortable sleep in it. You could indulge in cost-optional bamboo rafting. (Optional activity)
After a delicious breakfast, departing from the hotel in Thekkady. Now, you will continue your journey towards Alleppey as per the tour package of Alleppey. You will check into the houseboat and relax when you reach Alleppey. And after this pleasant sail, have a nice meal and a good sleep.
After a delicious breakfast in Alleppey, check out and move to Kovalam which has a castle setting with beaches on its sides.
