Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy For PlanYourTour

• If the cancellation of the trip is done 30 days prior to its happening, 80% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the cancellation of the trip is done 15 days prior to its happening, 20% of the amount will be refunded.
• No refund will be processed if the trip is canceled during the last 15 days.
• All applicable refunds will be processed in 30 days.
• If there are any unavoidable circumstances like a pandemic, natural calamities, cancellation of flight/train/bus, or disturbance due to politics,  the trip can be rescheduled but cancellation is not an option in those scenarios.
• If there are government restrictions on any part of the area or any activity, the travel organizer will provide alternate options but the cancellation will not be processed.
